Refund Policy
At Guptas Fashion, we value your trust and strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. Please take a moment to read our return and refund guidelines.
Return Eligibility
At Guptas Fashion, we accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item (wrong size, colour, or style) was delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must raise the request within 3 days of delivery. The product should be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of colour or style, or size issues if the correct size was delivered.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, you can email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID, a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product, and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location (subject to serviceable pin codes). After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only for eligible returned items and will be made via the original mode of payment or through UPI/bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Exchange Policy
If you would like a different size or style, and it is available in stock, we will happily process an exchange after receiving the original item.
Important Notes
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on innerwear, leggings, nightwear, or items purchased on discount unless they are damaged or incorrect. Products bought during sales or combo offers are non-returnable unless there is a genuine issue. In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address. If the return is approved, we will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100.
